Role Overview

Transparent Overseas is looking for an experienced Production Head who will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating production activities across all manufacturing units. The candidate will maintain a complete overview of production status, targets, capacity, quality, and timelines across units and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production activities and daily updates across all units.
- Review production plans, targets, output, pending orders, and delays.
- Coordinate with Unit Heads, Production Managers, PPC, QC, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Track production capacity, manpower, material availability, productivity, wastage, and rejection.
- Ensure all units are working as per production schedules and shipment commitments.
- Identify bottlenecks and take timely corrective actions.




- Review daily MIS and production reports and present key updates to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different units and departments.
- Drive productivity, cost control, process improvement, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain overall accountability for production performance across all units.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Production Management/Head role.
- Solid experience in Glass, Home Décor, Hardgoods, or Export Manufacturing preferred.
- Experience handling multiple production units/teams.
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, MIS, quality, and OTD.
- Strong command of Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹18,310.05 - ₹60,000.00 per month
