Desired Computer Skill Microsoft Office & related tools

Main Task :

1 Greet and assist visitors entering office.

2 Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

3 Check Meeting Rooms on daily basis.

4 Coordinate for tea / coffee Arrangement during meetings.

5 Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar.

6 Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization to visitors.

7 Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

8 Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

9 Order office supplies and maintain record [Issuance].

10 Manage Cafeteria [Menu Fixation, Place lunch orders, Coordination for bills and coordinate with vendor, bills process]





11 Other support work like arranging flowers, coordination is setups of group photos, Administration small events.

12 Bills processing, Qtrly / Monthly / Yearly as per agreement
