We are looking for a creative, fashion-conscious Content Creator who understands fashion, styling, Instagram culture and visual storytelling.

This is NOT primarily a photographer or videographer role.

We are looking for someone who can look at a saree, lehenga or outfit and think:

"How can we make this look exciting, aspirational and interesting on Instagram?"

The person should have a strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, creativity and trends and should enjoy coming up with new content ideas.

What You Will DoFashion Content Creation

- Develop creative ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories and YouTube Shorts.
- Create fashion-focused content around sarees, lehengas, suits, styling and new collections.
- Think of interesting concepts, hooks, transitions, styling ideas and storytelling formats.
- Create behind-the-scenes, styling, product and personality-driven content.
- Turn everyday products into engaging fashion content.

Creative Direction

- Decide how a product should be presented visually.
- Suggest outfits, styling, locations, poses, props and content concepts.
- Understand what makes fashion content look premium, aspirational and engaging.
- Regularly bring fresh ideas based on current Instagram trends.
- Help develop the overall visual identity of KKASHI's social media.

Shooting & Editing

- Shoot content using a smartphone/camera as required.
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting and composition.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
- Add music, text, transitions and other elements to make content engaging.

The focus is creativity and content—not technical photography or cinematography.

Fashion Understanding

A strong understanding or interest in fashion is highly preferred.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong fashion sense and visual taste.
- Very creative and comfortable thinking of new ideas.
- Naturally active on Instagram and aware of current trends.
- Good understanding of Reels, hooks, storytelling and social media culture.
- Ability to understand what will look good on a fashion brand's social media.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Telugu is a plus.
- Energetic, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work hands-on with the team and products.
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career in fashion and content.

Important

This is NOT a conventional photographer/videographer position.

We are not primarily looking for someone who wants to spend the day behind a professional camera.

We are looking for a fashion creative who can ideate, style, create, shoot and edit content.

Your creativity, fashion understanding and ability to create engaging content are more important to us than expensive camera equipment.

Portfolio

A portfolio is highly preferred.

Freshers with a strong fashion portfolio and genuine creative ability are welcome.
