Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about technology and business processes to join our ERP Consulting team. As an ERPNext Implementation Executive, you will work closely with client teams to support ERPNext implementation, help users adopt the system, ensure business transactions are updated on time, and provide day-to-day functional support. Comprehensive training on ERPNext and implementation methodology will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ERPNext implementation at client locations.
- Work closely with end users to ensure timely and accurate transaction updates.
- Guide users on following standard ERP processes and workflows.
- Provide first-level functional support and resolve user queries.
- Train employees on ERPNext modules and day-to-day system usage.
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants to resolve functional issues.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely data entry and system adoption.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and training activities.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Report implementation progress, user feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous process improvement.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in ERP, operations, or customer support may also apply.

Desired Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi Language is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions

- Willing to travel as required for project assignments.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
