We are looking for a Sales Support Executive with 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, and order booking.

- Process customer purchase orders and book sales orders accurately.
- Update and maintain order details in Dynamics 365 and Tally.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and customers for order status, invoicing, and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, order records, and sales documentation.
- Track pending orders and support timely order execution.
- Prepare basic sales MIS and order status reports.
- Act as a coordination point between customers and internal departments.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of order processing and order booking.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Dynamics 365.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up regularly.

Qualification
