We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete Human Resource function for a reputed automobile dealership in Borivali.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Workshop, Body Shop, and Corporate functions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMIS records.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labor regulations.




- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower planning, and recruitment dashboards.
- Work closely with department heads to meet manpower requirements and improve organizational performance.
- Location : Borivali
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of HR experience.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
