Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Stone Sculptor / Sculpture Artist who has hands-on experience in carving and shaping natural stones to create sculptures, decorative objects, artistic panels, lamp bases, furniture elements, and luxury décor pieces.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stone carving, proportion, anatomy, form development, detailing, polishing, and finishing and should be comfortable working from sketches, references, or 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Hand-carve sculptures and decorative products from natural stone.
- Work with materials such as marble, sandstone, granite, limestone, alabaster, and other decorative stones.
- Create artistic sculptures, figurines, busts, animal forms, floral forms, architectural elements, and décor pieces.
- Convert sketches, photographs, and 3D references into physical sculptures.
- Perform rough cutting, shaping, detailing, carving, sanding, and polishing.
- Create unique luxury décor products and sculpture-based lighting designs.
- Work with designers to develop new products from concept to final prototype.
- Maintain accuracy in proportions, dimensions, symmetry, and detailing.
- Safely operate appropriate hand tools and stone-cutting equipment.
- Repair, refine, and finish existing sculptures when required.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage.

Skills We Are Looking For

Must Have:





- Practical experience in stone carving/sculpting.
- Strong understanding of 3D forms and proportions.
- Positive hand skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand drawings and visual references.
- Knowledge of stone finishing and polishing.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a design team.

Salary

Up to ₹3 LPA
Final salary will depend on experience, craftsmanship, skill level, and quality of previous work.
