About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Designer who goes beyond traditional UX/UI design. This role demands a visionary leader who combines deep design expertise with AI-augmented productivity tools to deliver 5x faster, higher-quality outcomes. You will shape user experiences across our SaaS products, ensuring intuitive interfaces, seamless customer journeys, and design scalability at speed.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
- AI-Augmented Productivity: Harness generative AI, design automation,



and AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate design workflows and achieve superior output quality.
- Customer-Centric UX: Create intuitive, user-friendly workflows that align with customer needs, minimizing friction across the user journey.
- Design Systems: Develop and scale design systems that enable consistent, reusable, and future-ready UI patterns across products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility.

Required Skills

- Design Expertise: 7+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio of complex digital products.
- AI Proficiency: Skilled in AI-driven design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo AI, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Uizard, or equivalent).
- AI Proficiency: Skilled in AI-driven design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo AI, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Uizard, or equivalent).
- Systems Thinking: Experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale.
- User Research: Strong skills in conducting usability testing, persona development, and translating insights into design improvements.

- Productivity Multiplier Mindset: Demonstrated ability to deliver significantly faster and higher quality outcomes than traditional design processes.
