Job Purpose

To manage and maintain accurate retail store data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, monitor sales and inventory information, and provide timely reports to management for effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for retail stores.
- Collect and consolidate data related to sales, stock, inventory, purchases, returns, expenses, and store performance.
- Monitor daily store sales against targets and previous performance.
- Prepare store-wise, category-wise, and product-wise sales reports.
- Track inventory movement, stock availability, slow-moving and fast-moving items.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stores/accounts/operations teams for corrections.
- Maintain accurate and updated Excel/MIS databases and records.
- Prepare management dashboards and performance summaries as required.
- Monitor attendance, manpower, and other operational data when required.
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports to the concerned management.
- Support management with data analysis and business insights.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company data.




- Coordinate with retail stores to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
- Perform any other MIS/reporting activities assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, filters, charts, etc.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/HRMS/POS or retail software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI or dashboard reporting will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/Computer-related qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, retail operations, sales reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience in the retail/fashion/apparel industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
