Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance and accounting operations of the organization.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, taxation, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support management in business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.




- Experience in the electronics/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting systems.
