We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer who can build, maintain, and optimize high-performance websites and web applications while collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications for both company and client projects. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring that every project is secure, scalable, optimized, and delivers an outstanding user experience.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content creators, and project managers to build digital products that are visually appealing, technically sound, and performance-driven.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using modern front-end technologies.
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize user interfaces for speed, accessibility, and performance.
- Implement animations, interactive components, and modern design elements.

Back-End Development

- Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
- Build secure, scalable, and efficient back-end systems.
- Manage databases and server architecture.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.

Website Development & Maintenance

- Build custom business websites, landing pages, portfolios, e-commerce websites, and web applications.




- Develop websites using platforms such as WordPress, Laravel, React, Next.js, or other modern frameworks as required.
- Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and technical issues.
- Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Ensure websites remain secure and up to date.

Database Management

- Design and manage databases efficiently.
- Optimize database queries for performance.
- Maintain data integrity and security.
- Perform regular database backups and recovery planning.

Performance Optimization

- Optimize website loading speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Improve application performance and scalability.
- Reduce server response times and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement caching, lazy loading, and other optimization techniques.

SEO & Technical Implementation

- Implement technical SEO best practices during development.
- Create SEO-friendly URL structures.
- Optimize website architecture for search engines.
- Implement Schema Markup, XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, and structured data.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and search engine optimized.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Test applications across different browsers and devices.
- Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues.
- Conduct performance testing before deployment.
- Ensure high-quality code through proper testing and documentation.

Collaboration & Project Management

- Work closely with designers, SEO executives, performance marketers, and content teams.
- Understand project requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines.
- Participate in project planning and technical discussions.
- Maintain project documentation and version control.

Continuous Learning

- Stay updated with the latest development frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Research emerging web development trends and best practices.




- Recommend innovative solutions to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Strong understanding of PHP and Laravel or similar back-end frameworks.
- Experience with WordPress development and customization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Understanding of Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of website security best practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of technical SEO and website optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in full stack web development.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and custom web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting environments and deployment processes.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web development projects is highly preferred.
