Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Coordinate between business teams and technical/development teams
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
- Assist in project tracking and documentation of meeting minutes/action items

Required Skills:

- Requirement gathering & documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories)
- Process mapping tools (MS Visio, or similar)
- Data analysis using MS Excel (advanced)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA/Confluence
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Basic understanding of Power BI (preferred, not mandatory at this level)




- Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst / Associate BA in IT services, product companies, or corporate business operations
- Prior exposure to requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination preferred
- Domain experience in IT, e-commerce, or manufacturing is a plus
- Candidates must have completed their degree in 2024

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
