Role Overview
The Marketing Executive / Sr. Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating visual and written content across brand touchpoints, conducting market research, managing SEO and lead generation efforts, and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all three business verticals. This role requires a strong creative sense, hands-on design skills, and the ability to work independently on end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for digital and print – social media posts, brochures, banners, and campaigns – using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding and visual identity across Opus One, Lyumi, and Tempus Central.
- Plan and execute content calendars, writing copy for website, social media, email, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking, traffic, and visibility.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, email marketing,



and social outreach.
- Leverage AI tools to speed up content creation, design iteration, and campaign research.
- Maintain and present a portfolio of design and marketing work; continuously refine it with new projects.
- Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing/creative role.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- A strong creative portfolio demonstrating design and branding work.
- Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Comfort using AI tools to support design, content, and research workflows.
- Solid understanding of market research methods and brand positioning.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
