We are looking for experienced and target-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage leads, drive conversions and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert incoming leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate offerings effectively.
- Drive sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and sales performance.




- Support the team in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

- 3–10 years of experience in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Experience in lead generation, follow-up and conversion.
- Confident, energetic and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Candidates with experience in fashion, entertainment, events, media, education, hospitality, real estate or other sales-driven industries may be preferred.
