Hiring: Administrator / HR Executive

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

We are looking proactive Administrator / HR Executive to manage office administration, HR operations, and supervise marketing activities.

Client Management

- Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Maintain professional communication with clients through email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with architects, project coordinators, site engineers, and management to respond to client requirements
- Track client queries, requests, and pending responses
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely communication and deliverables
- Prepare and share meeting schedules, updates, documents, and required correspondence
- Maintain proper records of client communication and important discussions
- Coordinate client feedback and ensure it is communicated to the concerned team




- Support management in maintaining strong and professional client relationships
- Follow up on proposals, approvals, payments, and other client-related requirements
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and escalation of important matters to management

Requirements

- MBA in HR & Marketing
- More than 6 years of experience in HR and Administration working in an cooperate firm.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Experience in marketing coordination or supervision is preferred
