Job Title: Online Course Developer
Experience: 3-5 years in instructional design or online course development
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or relevant field

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement engaging online courses and learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and relevant course content.
- Use authoring tools to design interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
- Develop assessments and activities to reinforce learning objectives and measure comprehension.
- Adapt course materials for various platforms, ensuring mobile and cross-platform compatibility.
- Monitor learner engagement and feedback to continually enhance course effectiveness.




- Conduct quality assurance tests on course materials to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Work with LMS platforms to publish, update, and manage course content.
- Stay current with e-learning trends and tools to continuously improve course design.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for learners and instructors.

Technical & Skilled Requirements:

- Proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Experience with LMS platforms like Moodle or Blackboard.
- Strong multimedia design skills (graphics, audio, video editing).
