*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment at customer sites. You will also provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Installation:* Install Semsons Tech equipment at customer sites, ensuring timely and successful commissioning.

2. *Maintenance:* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.

3. *Troubleshooting:* Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, providing prompt and effective solutions.

4. *Technical Support:* Provide technical assistance and training to customers, either on-site or remotely, to ensure they can operate our equipment effectively.

5. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.

6. *Collaboration:* Work closely with our sales, marketing,



and product development teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.

*Requirements:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. *Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry or manufacturing industry.

3. *Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repair.

4. *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

5. *Travel:* Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
