Rice Mill Plant

We are looking for experienced and capable professionals for our Rice Mill Plant.

1. Plant Head

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry Preference: Rice Mill / Agro / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

- Overall management of the rice mill plant and day-to-day operations.
- Manage production, manpower, machinery and plant activities.
- Monitor paddy procurement, storage, processing, recovery and finished goods.
- Ensure optimum production and minimum wastage.
- Manage plant inventory and stock movement.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, dispatch and logistics teams.
- Supervise plant staff, workers, operators and contractors.
- Coordinate machinery maintenance and minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Monitor production cost, operational expenses and plant efficiency.
- Ensure proper quality control and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
- Prepare and monitor daily/monthly production and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, statutory and operational requirements.
- Take complete responsibility for plant performance and profitability.
- Report directly to the Management.

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in managing Rice Mill / Manufacturing Plant operations.
- Good knowledge of rice milling processes and machinery.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete plant.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on approach with strong operational discipline.

2. Senior Accountant

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry Preference: Rice Mill / Manufacturing / Agro Industry

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting of the plant.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Maintain paddy, rice, bran, husk and other inventory-related records.
- Vendor and customer ledger management and reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Verify purchase bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Prepare invoices,



vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS and plant-related financial reports.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with Head Office, CA and other departments.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, production and dispatch teams.
- Assist Management in monitoring plant costs and profitability.
- Handle other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com/M.Com preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Manufacturing/Rice Mill experience preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling plant accounts.

3. Junior Accountant

Experience: 1–3 Years

Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
- Purchase and sales entries.
- Cash and bank entries.
- Preparation and checking of vouchers.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Verify purchase bills and expense bills.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related work.
- Maintain plant-wise accounting and supporting records.
- Assist Senior Accountant in monthly closing and MIS.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase and dispatch departments.
- Maintain records related to paddy, rice, bran, husk and other materials.
- Perform other accounting work assigned by the Senior Accountant/Management.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and GST.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Sincere, disciplined and willing to learn.
- Rice Mill/Manufacturing experience will be preferred.

No Bar for the Right Candidate.

Salary will be decided based on experience, knowledge, skills and suitability for the position.

[Plant Loaction – Dondekala, Reg.office – Rama World, Near MGM Eye Hospital, Raipur]

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
