We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Outlet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and good knowledge of sales, inventory, billing, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Supervise and manage outlet staff, including attendance, discipline, and work allocation.
- Drive sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily stock reconciliation.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, UPI/card payments, and day-end closing.
- Ensure proper use of POS/billing software and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, production, purchase, and management teams.
- Monitor product availability and ensure proper display and presentation.




- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and share daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
- Ensure company SOPs and policies are followed at all times.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, sweets, bakery, FMCG, or similar operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS/billing software.
- Positive understanding of inventory and cash management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced outlet.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
