Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to assist in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, and project development. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, supporting site activities, and developing design solutions based on project requirements. Freshers with strong design and visualization skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural planning, design, and project development.
- Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams.
- Prepare area statements, material specifications, and BOQs.




- Conduct site visits and assist in project execution and quality inspections.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design, drafting, and visualization skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
