- Assist the Principal in managing academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Supervise teachers, classroom activities, lesson plans, assessments, and academic performance.
- Maintain student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate examinations, school events, assemblies, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
- Guide and support teachers through classroom observations and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with students, parents, teachers, and department heads to resolve concerns.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, CBSE guidelines, and academic standards.
- Support staff development, meetings, orientations, and training programmes.
- Assist in staff meetings, orientations, training programmes, workshops, and career development activities.
- Verify academic and administrative reports and assist the principal in decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:





Postgraduate with B.Ed. preferred; 8–12 years of relevant teaching/academic administration experience, with strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Candidates having excellent English communication skills will be awarded extra weightage.
