We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in B2B and commercial business development, cold calling, and lead generation in international markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business clients, generating qualified leads through outbound calling, developing robust client relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct B2B cold calling to identify and approach potential commercial clients.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, databases, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within international markets.
- Prospect and engage with commercial businesses, companies, decision-makers, business owners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services based on their business needs.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective B2B and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with business clients.
- Manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to appointment setting and conversion.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, appointment-setting, and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential commercial opportunities in international markets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
