Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (Buyer Side)

Location: Dadar , Mumbai

Industry: Yarn Trading

Experience: 1 - 2Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day communication with buyers/customers.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate for yarn orders.

Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and other customer requirements.

Maintain good relationships with existing buyers.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Maintain customer records and follow-up details.

Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Customer relationship management skills.

Experience in yarn/textile trading will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
