Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify and source relevant IT candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate databases.
- Create and optimize Boolean search strings using keywords, job titles, skills, technologies, locations, and experience levels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.




- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced candidate sourcing methods.
- Ability to create effective Boolean search strings for technical and IT roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate qualification.
- 2–7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Experience in staffing, consulting, or product-based organizations is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for various IT technologies and skill sets is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
