Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator with strong skills in videography, photography, video editing, and social media content creation. The candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual and video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, branding activities, events, student success stories, and promotional initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and be capable of creating high-quality content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, shorts, promotional videos, testimonials, event highlights, and branding campaigns.
- Create content related to courses, placements, workshops, student achievements, faculty activities, and company events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to execute campaigns.

Videography & Photography

- Capture high-quality videos and photographs during events, workshops, seminars, campus activities, and promotional shoots.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, sound, and visual quality during recording.
- Maintain and manage cameras, microphones, lighting, and other recording equipment.

Video Editing

- Edit videos for social media reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate presentations.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, motion graphics, background music, and animations.
- Create short-form and long-form video content.
- Optimize videos according to platform-specific requirements.

Social Media Support

- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to develop content calendars.




- Identify social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities.
- Assist in increasing engagement, reach, and brand visibility through creative content.

Brand Development

- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand messaging.
- Develop innovative content ideas to strengthen brand presence.
- Support admission campaigns, hiring campaigns, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Strong videography and photography skills.
- Expertise in video editing tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
- Basic graphic design knowledge using:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Creative storytelling and script development skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in:
- Visual Communication
- Multimedia
- Mass Communication
- Film Production
- Digital Media
- Journalism
- Any related field

Experience

- 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, videography, video editing, or social media content production.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
