- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain all electrical systems of trucks and commercial vehicles.
- Check and repair battery, alternator, starter motor, wiring, fuses, relays, lights, indicators, horns, and switches.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in trucks and identify the root cause of breakdowns.
- Repair and maintain headlights, tail lights, brake lights, parking lights, cabin lights, and warning lights.
- Check and maintain electrical connections, wiring harnesses, terminals, and earthing systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to GPS trackers, vehicle sensors, reverse cameras, and other installed electrical equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive electrical inspections of all vehicles as per the maintenance schedule.
- Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and provide roadside assistance when required.
- Ensure proper installation and functioning of electrical accessories and equipment.
- Maintain records of electrical repairs, replacements, breakdowns, and spare parts used.
- Check battery condition,



charging voltage, battery terminals, and alternator performance regularly.
- Coordinate with the Fleet/Maintenance team for major electrical repairs and replacement of components.
- Ensure that electrical work is carried out safely and according to company standards.
- Maintain proper tools, testing equipment, and electrical spare parts.
- Avoid unnecessary replacement of parts and ensure effective control of maintenance costs.
- Report recurring electrical problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all repaired vehicles are properly tested before being released for operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the electrical repair/work area.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
