● Reorder Level Monitoring

● Brand & Branch-Wise Procurement

● Purchase Order Preparation & Invoice Clearance

● Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation

● Contract & Commercial Terms Negotiation

● Delivery Tracking & Quality Verification

● Inventory Level Control

● Sales Team Support & Price Quotation

● Day-to-Day Purchase Issue Resolution

Qualifications

● Diploma or MBA in Supply Chain, Materials or Purchase Management preferred.

● MS Excel or ERP purchase module certification preferred.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchase operations.

● Experience in automotive spare parts, trading or distribution preferred.

Working conditions

● Full time, permanent position based at the Head Office, covering assigned brands and branches.

● Standard office working hours, with extended hours during peak procurement periods.





● Desk-based role with high volume of system work, vendor calls and email correspondence.

● Daily coordination with vendors, sales teams, inventory and branch staff.

● Handles confidential pricing, vendor and stock information.

Skills

● ERP (Purchase and Inventory modules).

● MS Excel and purchase tracking tools.

● Product knowledge of vehicle spare parts and brand-wise part numbers.

● Vendor sourcing, quotation comparison and negotiation.

● Attention to detail and accuracy in purchase order preparation.

● Coordination and follow-up with vendors, sales and inventory teams.

● Integrity, accountability and commercial confidentiality.
