Job Overview

We are a UAE-based company looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Verification Executives to join our team in Kochi, Kerala, for our UAE customer validation process.

This is a great opportunity for freshers with excellent communication skills who are looking to build their career in customer service, verification, and UAE-based business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and manage sales leads received through Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Contact customers by phone for verification and validation of sales leads.
- Follow the required CPR and quality guidelines during every validation call.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide positive and accurate responses.
- Complete the first customer call within the required 8-minute TAT.
- Identify and report disputed cases to the Sales Team and Management.
- Update dispute and validation details accurately in Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Stay updated on changes in products, processes, and CPR guidelines.
- Handle multiple products, including eLife, PP, and HW.
- Report any irregularities or malpractice identified in sales cases to the Team Manager.
- Attend training sessions, review meetings, and quality feedback sessions.
- Maintain accuracy, quality,



and professionalism throughout the validation process.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Fluent English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, verification, validation, or UAE process will be an added advantage.
