* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
* Handle leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized travel solutions.
* Present and pitch travel packages confidently.
* Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
* 0–2 years of experience in sales, travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales pitching and negotiation skills.
* Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
* Customer-focused and energetic personality.
* Passion for travel is a big plus! ✈
