About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks, and the ability to build scalable AI-powered applications.

The candidate should also have practical experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js, along with exposure to modern Generative AI and LLM technologies such as Claude and Qwen (Qwen.AI).We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in machine learning and full-stack development to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Claude, and Qwen.AI, with the ability to build AI-powered solutions from backend services to user-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions for real-world applications.
- Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms and data pipelines.
- Build AI-powered applications using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
- Integrate AI/ML models and LLM-based services, including Claude and Qwen.AI, into web applications.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and/or Computer Vision solutions.
- Perform model training, evaluation, tuning, and optimization.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML and web applications in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills





- 3–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML or related software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Good experience with React.js and frontend development.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.
- Experience working with Generative AI / LLMs / NLP.
- Hands-on experience with Claude and Qwen.AI or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered full-stack applications.
- Experience working with Claude, Qwen.AI, or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
