We are looking for a B2B Email Outreach & Marketing Executive to help Growbro.ai generate qualified leads, book meetings, and build relationships with potential customers through targeted email campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands cold email outreach, lead generation, email marketing, and B2B communication and wants to work in a fast-growing SaaS startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage targeted B2B prospect lists.
- Research companies, decision-makers, founders, and potential customers.
- Create and execute cold email campaigns for different industries.
- Write personalized and compelling outreach emails.
- Manage follow-ups and email sequences to improve response rates.
- Generate qualified leads and book demos/meetings for the sales team.
- Manage email campaigns using relevant outreach and email marketing tools.
- Track open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Test different subject lines, messaging, offers, and outreach strategies.
- Maintain prospect data and activities in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

What We're Looking For





- 0–3 years of experience in email marketing, cold email, lead generation, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Understanding of B2B prospecting and email outreach.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize messages.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM, and email outreach tools.
- Target-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to test and improve campaigns.
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B companies is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is focused on generating actual qualified conversations and meetings, not just sending bulk emails. Candidates with proven experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales will be given priority.

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹26,355.23 per month
