We're growing — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support accurate, timely diagnostics for every patient.

The Role

As our Lab Technician, you'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing diagnostic samples that help our vets make fast, accurate treatment decisions. Precision, hygiene, and speed matter here — your work directly supports patient care.

What You'll Do

● Collect blood, urine, stool, skin, and other diagnostic samples from patients

● Perform routine lab tests — haematology, biochemistry, urinalysis, and microscopy

● Operate and maintain lab equipment (analysers, microscopes, centrifuges, etc.)

● Prepare samples for external pathology labs when required and track reports





● Record and report test results accurately and promptly to veterinarians

● Maintain lab hygiene, sterilization protocols, and proper waste disposal

● Manage lab inventory — reagents, consumables, and equipment calibration

● Ensure quality control checks are followed for all diagnostic procedures

● Assist vets during minor procedures requiring sample collection (e.g. FNAC, biopsies)

● Maintain accurate documentation and sample tracking logs

What We're Looking For

● Diploma/Degree in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent; veterinary lab experience is a plus

● 1–3 years of experience in a diagnostic lab (veterinary or human healthcare) preferred

● Hands-on experience with haematology and biochemistry analysers

● Comfortable handling animals of all sizes and temperaments during sample collection

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure

● Basic computer skills for entering and reporting lab results

● Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Pay: ₹8,197.12 - ₹25,751.31 per month
