Pawkie Planet is a premium dog boarding and pet care destination built around one simple idea: Every tail wags here.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and responsible Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our pet parents. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers, comfortable handling bookings and payments, and genuinely comfortable around dogs.

What You'll Do

- Welcome pet parents and visitors warmly and professionally
- Handle check ins and check outs for boarding, daycare, and other services
- Manage customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Handle bookings, appointments, and customer information
- Maintain accurate records of dogs, pet parents, bookings, and payments
- Coordinate with the boarding, daycare and grooming teams
- Communicate significant instructions and requirements from pet parents to the relevant team
- Handle billing and payment collection
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, services, and pending information
- Help ensure a smooth experience for pet parents from arrival to departure




- Address basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp
- Ability to handle bookings, payments, and customer records accurately
- Friendly, patient, and professional personality
- Comfortable being around dogs of different sizes and temperaments
- Genuine love for dogs and interest in pet care

Good to Have

- Experience in a pet care, veterinary, hospitality, cafe, or customer service environment
- Experience using booking or POS systems
- Ability to communicate in English, Telugu, and Hindi
