MCM Studio — VACANCY Store Manager

Location: Bhopal Salary: ₹18,000 + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Handle customer interactions and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion and staff productivity.
- Manage client enquiries, follow-ups, trials, alterations and deliveries.
- Supervise billing, payments, advances and daily cash handling.
- Maintain proper stock, inventory and store presentation.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely order completion and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and store reports.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/store management, preferably in fashion or premium menswear.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable team-management and leadership abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
- Well-organized, responsible and proactive.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
