Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Education: Diploma / Bachelors in mechanical / Electronic Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Attending breakdown problems, preventive Maintenance of injection Molding Machine & Auxiliary equipment handling.

· Erection & Commissioning of Injection Molding Machine including plumbing & Electrical set-up

· To ensure that all machine and auxiliary equipment are working and in optimal condition for optimal speed/output and accordingly produce acceptable quality products.

· Ensure effective repair schedules and review repair cost estimates

· In-house maintenance and repair of machines (injection molding, Auxiliary and assembly line)

· Check electrical and hydraulic systems of Machine to ensure functionality

· Control and monitor spare parts inventory.

· To conduct preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for all the electrical panels, electrical motors,



parts and witches in the plastic production machineries and ensure to have it recorded in machine history card and AM/PM checklist.

Requirements and skills:

· A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience is mandatory in handling all types of electric and hydraulic injection molding machines, compressors, and other auxiliary equipment.

· Experience in planning maintenance operations

· Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems & preventive machine maintenance etc.

· Working knowledge of facilities injection molding machines and equipment

· Ability to keep track of and report on activity

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
