Key Responsibilities

### 1. Fabric Management

- Receive and verify fabric against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.

- Coordinate fabric inspection (4-Point System) and maintain inspection records.

- Ensure proper fabric storage according to quality and shade segregation requirements.

- Monitor fabric stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

- Control fabric roll movement and maintain roll-wise inventory records.

- Track fabric consumption against approved BOM and production plans.

### 2. Trims & Accessories Management

- Receive, inspect, and store trims and accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, elastics, threads, packaging materials, etc.

- Verify quantities and specifications as per approved trim cards and purchase orders.

- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and storage of trims.

- Monitor trim inventory and raise replenishment requirements on time.

### 3. Inventory Control

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.

- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.

- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) procedures.

- Minimize inventory losses, damages, and wastage.

### 4. Material Issuance





- Issue fabric and trims to production departments against authorized requisitions.

- Maintain issue records and ensure traceability.

- Monitor department-wise material consumption.

- Coordinate with production teams regarding material requirements.

### 5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, return records, and inventory reports.

- Prepare daily stock status and material availability reports.

- Submit monthly inventory reports and stock valuation summaries.

- Maintain audit-ready documentation.

### 6. Coordination

- Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchase, Planning, Quality, and Production departments.

- Follow up with suppliers and procurement teams regarding pending deliveries.

- Support internal and external audits.

### 7. Store Housekeeping & Safety

- Ensure proper housekeeping and material identification.

- Maintain secure storage conditions for fabrics and trims.

- Implement fire safety and material handling procedures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
