Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, technically competent, and honest Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction activities, supervise site execution, coordinate materials and labour, and ensure that all work is carried out according to approved designs, quality standards, and standard civil engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor overall civil construction activities at project sites.

· Understand and interpret building drawings, layouts, designs, and structural requirements.

· Ensure execution of work as per approved designs, specifications, and applicable civil engineering standards.

· Plan and coordinate the procurement and usage of civil construction materials.

· Maintain adequate knowledge of construction materials, their applications, quality, and appropriate usage.

· Monitor the quality of concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, structural and other civil works.

· Possess sound knowledge of basic concrete grades, mix requirements, and standard construction practices.

· Supervise plumbing systems, drainage works, pipelines, sanitary installations, and related activities.

· Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, architects, and other technical teams for smooth execution.

· Inspect ongoing works and identify quality issues, deviations, or defects at an early stage.

· Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage at the site.

· Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned timelines.

· Maintain proper records of materials, measurements, site activities, and work progress.

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standard construction practices.





· Identify site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with the management and technical team.

· Ensure that workmanship and materials meet the required quality standards before approving the work.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

· Strong understanding of building construction and civil engineering practices.

· Knowledge of building layouts, drawings, measurements, and basic design requirements.

· Positive understanding of construction materials and their practical applications.

· Knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing, drainage, and other major civil works.

· Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple site activities effectively.

· Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.

· Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.

Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, technical knowledge, and actual contribution to the organization. Performance will be reviewed periodically. For us, technical capability is important, but honesty and transparency are the highest priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
