Job Summary

We are looking for a Quotation Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing quotations and proforma invoices, handling customer enquiries, and coordinating follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proforma invoices.
- Handle customer enquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and requirements.
- Maintain and update quotation records and databases.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and other internal teams as required.
- Ensure quotations are prepared according to customer requirements and company pricing.




- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer communications and quotations.
- Perform other quotation-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Strong client handling and follow-up skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Positive telephone etiquette and professional communication
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
