Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR & Compliance Executive with experience in the interior fit-out / construction industry. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations along with ensuring full statutory and labour law compliance across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of handling both people management and compliance requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Management

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of site and office staff
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, and performance tracking
- Support management in structuring teams and improving HR processes
- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across sites and offices

Compliance & Legal

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Maintain and update compliance documentation for all ongoing projects
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required
- Handle labour licenses, registrations, and site-specific compliance documentation
- Ensure contractor and vendor compliance (labour records, insurance, safety norms)

Site Coordination & Monitoring

- Visit project sites to ensure compliance adherence and workforce discipline
- Maintain labour attendance, wage records, and statutory registers




- Support audits (internal/external/client) with proper documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & compliance (preferably in construction/interior fit-outs)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage both office staff and site workforce
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling multi-site workforce compliance
- Familiarity with contractor labour management
- Basic understanding of safety compliance and site protocols
- Ability to bring structure and systems into HR processes

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
