We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Development Manager to generate SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA, MM, SD, FI, ABAP, Basis, BTP, etc.), SAP AMS/AMC contracts, and SAP staffing opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a robust network of SAP customers, partners, and enterprise decision-makers (CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads), with experience in enterprise IT sales, subcontracting opportunities, strategic alliances, and resource augmentation. Responsibilities include lead generation, responding to RFPs/RFQs, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and CRM, coordinating with delivery teams for solution presentations, and representing the company at BNI meetings, industry events, and ERP conferences. Candidates should have 5–10+ years of SAP business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of consistently achieving business growth targets.
