Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Assistant Sales / Technical Support Engineer to support our Sales Team and coordinate for offer preparation and customer requirements. Candidates with a background in Valves, Pumps, or Automation will be preferred.Freshers with the required technical qualification and good communication skills are also welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and prepare technical/commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Team for technical clarifications, product selection, pricing, and offer preparation.
- Review customer enquiries, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Assist in selecting suitable Valves, Pumps, Automation products, and related equipment based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and ensure timely submission of offers.
- Communicate with internal teams to obtain technical and commercial information required for quotations.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Support the Sales Team in handling technical queries and providing appropriate responses to customers.




- Develop good working relationships with customers, Sales Team, and Engineering teams.
- Follow up on pending offers and support the Sales Team in converting enquiries into orders.

Required Skills

- Diploma in E&I; / EEE or related technical discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in the Valve / Pump / Automation industry will be preferred.
- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of technical products and engineering concepts.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel basic computer applications.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and sales-related skills.

Experience

- Freshers: Eligible.
- Experienced candidates: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Valve / Pump / Automation or a similar engineering industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A candidate who is technically sound, willing to learn, good in English communication, and capable of coordinating effectively between the Sales Team will be an ideal fit for this position.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
