- Shift Operations Management
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Monitor loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules and timely completion of tasks.
- Team Supervision
- Lead and guide warehouse staff, drivers, and helpers during the shift.
- Allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct shift briefings and resolve on-ground issues.
- Inventory & Documentation
- Verify stock movement against records.
- Maintain accurate shift-wise reports (dispatch, receipts, damages, returns).
- Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and customer requirements.
- Report incidents, accidents, or near misses promptly.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
- Provide real-time updates to management on shift performance.
- Escalate operational bottlenecks for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
