Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience in editing and post-production to assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for a variety of platforms and audiences.

Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Color Grading, Audio Mixing & Sound Design, Motion Graphics, Video Compression & Formats, Storytelling & Pacing, Chroma Keying, Stock Footage Integration, Multi-Camera Editing, Subtitling & Captioning, Adobe Photoshop, Project & File Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, well-paced final content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and content teams to understand project vision and editing requirements.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio mixing to enhance overall video quality.
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Trim, sequence, and arrange footage to create a coherent and engaging narrative flow.
- Sync audio tracks, sound effects, and background music with video content.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets for easy retrieval and version control.




- Optimize and export videos in formats and resolutions suitable for different platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions within project timelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest editing techniques, tools, and industry trends.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all edited content.
- Add subtitles, captions, and translations as required for accessibility and reach.
- Maintain backups of raw and edited footage in line with data management protocols.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Editing, Mass Communication, Media Production, or a related field.

Good to Have

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and post-production.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse editing styles and projects.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Excellent eye for detail, timing, and visual consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must have own Laptop.
