- Make calls with international clients, partners, and businesses to understand their requirements and provide professional guidance.
- Explain FDA requirements, registration processes, compliance requirements, food regulations, and documentation to clients in a clear and easy manner.
- Assist clients in understanding U.S. FDA requirements related to food products, imports, labeling, registration, and compliance.
- Provide basic guidance on global banking and international business accounts, including account types, payment processes, international transactions, and cross-border banking requirements.
- Help clients understand international payment methods, wire transfers, foreign currency transactions, and business banking procedures.




- Maintain accurate records of client communications, requirements, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls and ensure clients receive timely updates and support.
- Build strong relationships with international clients and provide ongoing business and regulatory assistance.
- Stay updated on changes in FDA regulations, international food compliance, global banking practices, and cross-border business requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
