Job Title: Solar O&M; Technician
Department: Operations & Maintenance
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – EEE
Experience: Fresher
Preference: Immediate Joiners preferred
Languages: Tamil & English

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist the O&M; team in daily solar plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Support routine inspection of solar panels, inverters, cables, and electrical equipment.
- Assist senior technicians and engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Identify and report basic electrical faults under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain daily site records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
- Follow electrical and site safety procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and repair activities as instructed.
- Willingness to learn and work at solar project sites.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Basic understanding of Solar PV systems.
- Positive learning attitude and willingness to work in a site environment.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
