Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – EV Charging Stations to join our team in Mangaluru and drive business development and revenue growth in the rapidly expanding EV charging infrastructure sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales, client relationship, negotiation, and business development skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales of EV charging stations and related solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers, including Charge Point Operators (CPOs), real estate developers, fleet operators, government organizations, commercial establishments, and other institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate current business through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, industry contacts, and channel partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution, installation, and commissioning of projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments,



and industry trends and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, sales forecasts, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Ensure effective post-sales coordination and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team on exhibitions, promotional activities, campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) preferred.
- MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, automobiles, electrical products, infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Must have access to a 4-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive travel.
- Willingness to travel 100% within the assigned territory.
- Strong target orientation and ability to work independently.
