Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Azure. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI/ML solutions and intelligent AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy scalable ML models and pipelines using Azure ML.

Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and LLM-based AI agents.

Build GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.

Work with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.

Develop and optimize ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Implement AI agent guardrails, safety, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.

Support model serving, production deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with backend, frontend, data, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.





Rapidly prototype and productionize AI solutions in a rapid-paced environment.

Required Skills

6–8 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.

Strong expertise in Python.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

Robust experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI/Data services.

Experience with Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and AI Foundry.

Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Strong understanding of ML pipelines and production AI deployment.

Knowledge of AI agent orchestration, evaluation, safety, and guardrails.

Good to Have

Reinforcement Learning and agent feedback mechanisms.

RAG and prompt engineering.

LLM evaluation and model optimization.

Experience with APIs, backend services, and frontend integrations.

Experience building enterprise/security-focused AI solutions.
