We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with 0–3 years of construction site experience to oversee day-to-day site activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, coordinating site operations, and ensuring that work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Manage workers and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Read and understand civil/structural drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Maintain daily site records and report work progress to the management.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Good knowledge of construction and civil site activities.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Positive worker-management and coordination skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work at project sites.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
