Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Fitout Sales & Design Leader to drive business development and sales for interior fitout and design & build projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior fitout sales, client acquisition, proposal development, negotiation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development for interior fitout/design & build projects.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients.
- Understand client requirements and participate in design discussions.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate commercials and close interior fit out projects.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Interior Fit out / Design & Build / Construction Sales.
- Positive understanding of interior design and project execution.
- Proven experience in business development and project closures.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing a sales team is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
