Job Description

Sri Renuka Yellamma Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and responsible CNC Milling Operators to join our manufacturing team in Auto Nagar, Visakhapatnam.

The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines, setting up jobs, checking dimensions, and ensuring components are manufactured according to technical drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.

Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Perform tool selection, tool offset setting, and basic machine adjustments.

Load and unload components correctly.

Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.

Identify machining defects and make necessary corrections.

Follow production schedules and maintain required quality standards.

Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.

Perform basic machine maintenance and report machine problems to supervisors.

Maintain production and inspection records.

Follow company procedures for quality, safety, and productivity.





Required Skills

Experience operating CNC Milling Machines.

Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and controls.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.

Understanding of cutting tools, tool offsets, speeds, and feeds.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.

Positive attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Ability to work in shifts if required.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Fitter, or a related technical qualification preferred.

Relevant CNC Milling experience will be considered.

Experience

1–5 years of CNC Milling experience preferred.

Freshers with relevant technical training and strong CNC knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Candidates who can join at short notice will be given priority.

Candidates with hands-on experience in CNC milling machine operation and setup are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
